​Blair Havens / Owner Broker

Blair Havens is a real estate agent focusing on the sale and leasing of property in North San Diego County.  In addition to his role with the Havens Group, Mr. Havens is a Professor of Real Estate Studies at Mira Costa College.  He is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara where he was a member of the baseball team.  He remains active in the game of baseball and the community through mentoring and coaching.  Mr. Havens currently resides in Carlsbad with his wife Lindsay and son Blake.

Steven A. Smith / Broker

Steven has had the privilege of living in many great areas of San Diego County, and has been able to experience the unique characteristics of each of these communities. Regardless of where he has lived in San Diego and North County, he has been a pillar of the community which includes coaching youth Baseball, Football, Basketball, and Soccer.  Additionally, volunteering at local churches to feed the homeless and also volunteering with the Oceanside Police department with their homeless out reach program.

Hunter Schuchardt​ / Broker

Hunter is focused on helping his clients acquire wealth through real estate. Whether it be purchasing a home or an investment property he provides a first class experience by making sure every detail is covered.  As a former Marine Corp and military veteran Hunter is passionate about serving his community and improving the lives of others.  Prior to his real estate career Hunter started a residential moving company which he still manages. He assist his clients with all phases of the real estate process and his entrepreneurial mind set has served him well in creating opportunities for himself and his clients. Hunter is an active real estate investor and resides in Oceanside. He enjoys spending time with his growing family and watching baseball especially his home town St. Louis Cardinals.

Andrew Jin / Broker

Andrew is focused on residential and investment property in North County San Diego.  Andrew is a graduate of UCLA and has built a career in sales and marketing over the past decade.  He serves multi-lingual markets as he is fluent in English, Spanish, and Korean.  Andrew is also an active player and organizer who serves as the president of San Diego Korean Soccer Club.  After purchasing his own investment property, Andrew now focuses on helping others achieve their real estate goals.  Andrew lives in Oceanside with his wife where they both enjoy long walks on the beach and the many fine restaurants the city has to offer.

Marissa Torres / Agent 

Marissa is a Relator in the North County San Diego area and an Assistant Commercial Property Manager with the Gerrity Group based in Solana Beach California.  She helps manage over 200 million dollars in assets, primarily grocery anchored retail shopping centers across California, Pacific Northwest, and Nevada.  Marissa is Marine Corps Veteran originally from the Midwest.  She has made San Diego county her home and has lived in Oceanside for the past 11 years.  She is currently in the market for her first multifamily property, excited to utilize her VA home loan benefit to become a Landlord and start her own real estate portfolio.  Marissa is here to help with a broad range of services in commercial, residential, and real estate investments.
